Les pratiques de manage-ment ont ainsi consid\u00e9rablement \u00e9volu\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es pour accompagner ces changements et prendre en compte la place croissante que repr\u00e9sente le travail \u00e0 distance, notamment avec le d\u00e9veloppement r\u00e9cent du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail (69% des cadres en 2019).<\/p>\n<p>Le management \u00e0 distance implique en effet l\u2019utilisation d\u2019outils qui peuvent g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une perte de qualit\u00e9 dans l\u2019information transmise et rendre la coop\u00e9ration plus difficile \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre. Les moments de convivialit\u00e9, f\u00e9d\u00e9rateurs d\u2019\u00e9quipe, sont plus difficiles \u00e0 organiser. Enfin, dans une \u00e9conomie de plus en plus globale, les diff\u00e9rences de langues, de cultures et de fuseaux horaires cr\u00e9ent des contraintes suppl\u00e9mentaires. Dans ce contexte, quels sont les outils et les facteurs cl\u00e9s de succ\u00e8s permettant au manager de favoriser la dynamique de groupe et la performance ?<\/p>\n<p>Dans le management a\u0300 distance, le manager est \u00e9loign\u00e9 physique-ment de ses collaborateurs, ce qui rend impossible tout suivi direct de leur travail.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1121\" src=\"https:\/\/adqcghyr.preview.infomaniak.website\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/mngt_distance01.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"463\" height=\"271\" srcset=\"https:\/\/adqcghyr.preview.infomaniak.website\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/mngt_distance01.png 652w, https:\/\/adqcghyr.preview.infomaniak.website\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/mngt_distance01-300x176.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 463px) 100vw, 463px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Bien que la gestion d\u2019une \u00e9quipe a\u0300 distance paraisse au premier abord plus complexe et d\u00e9licate, les fondamentaux de management ne changent pas, mais le manager doit alors mettre en place d\u2019autres formes de communication et d\u2019animation des collaborateurs (rituels\u2026).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1122\" src=\"https:\/\/adqcghyr.preview.infomaniak.website\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/mngt_distance02.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"448\" height=\"258\" srcset=\"https:\/\/adqcghyr.preview.infomaniak.website\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/mngt_distance02.png 660w, https:\/\/adqcghyr.preview.infomaniak.website\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/mngt_distance02-300x173.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 448px) 100vw, 448px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019internet, la mise en r\u00e9seau de l\u2019ensemble des syst\u00e8mes mondiaux et la digitalisation de l\u2019\u00e9conomie permettent aux managers, depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es d\u00e9j\u00e0, de disposer d\u2019outils permettant de g\u00e9rer des \u00e9quipes a\u0300 distance en temps r\u00e9el. Au-del\u00e0 du r\u00e9seau t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique et des syst\u00e8mes de messagerie instantan\u00e9e (Slack, WhatsApp), la visioconf\u00e9rence (Skype, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex), les syst\u00e8mes de partage de fichiers (Drop-box, Drive, MS Office 365) et d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux r\u00e9seaux d\u2019entreprise \u00e0 distance, les outils de gestion de projet (Jira, Trello) et les applications m\u00e9tiers via le Cloud sont autant d\u2019outils accessibles \u00e0 tous qui permettent aux managers d\u2019interagir avec leurs \u00e9quipes \u00e0 distance.<br \/>\nLa communication \u00e9volue et la relation devient donc plus ou moins interme\u0301die\u0301e. Le principal enjeu du manager distant r\u00e9side dans sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 maintenir la coh\u00e9sion, la motivation et la performance de ses collaborateurs, tout en \u00e9tant a\u0300 la fois absent et disponible.<\/p>\n<p>Pour y parvenir, au-del\u00e0 de la formation aux outils collaboratifs, qui est un pr\u00e9-requis, la responsabilisation, l\u2019autonomie et la confiance sont essentielles. Et, comme le montrent les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tudes r\u00e9-centes r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur le sujet, cela passe avant tout par la communication. Pour permettre aux collaborateurs de rester productifs et motiv\u00e9s malgr\u00e9 la distance, plusieurs facteurs cl\u00e9s sont en effet mis en avant :<br \/>\n\u2022 Instaurer un climat de confiance en fixant des r\u00e8gles de fonctionnement, tout en veillant \u00e0 ne pas sur-contr\u00f4ler ses collaborateurs, ce qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re un sentiment d\u2019autonomie accru ;<br \/>\n\u2022 D\u00e9finir des objectifs clairs en s\u2019assurant que la compr\u00e9hension du travail \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser est partag\u00e9e, afin de permettre aux membres de son \u00e9quipe de travailler en autonomie ;<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00catre r\u00e9actif et disponible, notamment si les collaborateurs ont des questions ou des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 avancer, afin de maintenir leur implication ;<br \/>\n\u2022 Organiser r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des rencontres et des feedbacks pour \u00e9viter que les collaborateurs ne se sentent isol\u00e9s et leur permettre d\u2019avoir un retour sur le travail accompli ;<br \/>\n\u2022 S\u2019assurer que l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019\u00e9quipe participe afin de garantir l\u2019implication de chacun de ses membres ;<br \/>\n\u2022 Prendre soin et \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute de chaque collaborateur afin de veiller au bien-\u00eatre et au moral de son \u00e9quipe et notamment de s\u2019assurer que l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre sa vie personnelle et professionnelle est pr\u00e9serv\u00e9.<br \/>\nLe management \u00e0 distance demande donc de la disponibilit\u00e9 et une bonne utilisation des outils de communication, tout en maintenant un juste \u00e9quilibre entre autonomie et contr\u00f4le.<\/p>\n<p>Cette r\u00e9flexion sur les bonnes pratiques du management \u00e0 distance prend une nouvelle dimension dans le contexte de crise sanitaire que nous vivons actuellement. En p\u00e9riode de confinement, la dis-tance est devenue la r\u00e8gle dans une grande majorit\u00e9 d\u2019entreprises.
