Au d\u00e9tour d\u2019un \u00e9change lors d\u2019un GAD, l\u2019id\u00e9e a surgi<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">: \u00ab<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">quid du recru<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">tement <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">agile<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u00bb<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">? En explorant le sujet, l\u2019on s\u2019est bien rendu compte que loin d\u2019une r\u00e9volution, il <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">s\u2019agissait avant tout d\u2019une convergence de m\u00e9thodes et de technologies d\u00e9j\u00e0 connues et <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">revisit\u00e9es. Alors, concr\u00e8tement, en quoi consiste le \u2018recrutement agil<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">e\u2019<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">? Dans cet <\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u00e9<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">dito, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">nous nous attachons \u00e0 d\u00e9crire les pratiques agiles des managers <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u2013<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">recruteurs, des RH&#8230; et <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ce que cela implique pour nous autres, candidats.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><span id=\"page3R_mcid14\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Qu\u2019est<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ce que \u00ab<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">l\u2019agilit\u00e9<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u00bb<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span id=\"page3R_mcid15\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Le concept de l\u2019agilit\u00e9 na\u00eet en 2001 aux \u00c9tats<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Unis. Dix<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">sept expe<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">rts de l\u2019informatique pro<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">posent une approche nouvelle visant \u00e0 optimiser le d\u00e9veloppement de logiciels. Ils la forma<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">lisent dans le <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Manifeste Agile<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">(<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Agile Manifesto<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">). L\u2019accent est mis sur les personnes et leurs <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">interactions, le travail des produits, la coll<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">aboration avec les clients et l\u2019adaptation au chan<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">gement. En effet, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, la collaboration <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">et l\u2019adaptabilit\u00e9 ne s\u2019obtiennent pas sous la pression. Bien au con<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">traire, avec le stress, nos <\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">horizons se r\u00e9duisent et nous ne faisons <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">bien que ce que nous avons l&rsquo;habitude de faire. Un corollaire : accep<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ter le droit \u00e0 l\u2019erreur, composante essentielle de cette s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psycho<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">logique.<\/span> <\/span><span id=\"page43R_mcid5\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page43R_mcid5\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Ainsi, l\u2019autonomie s\u2019en trouve favoris\u00e9e d\u00e8s lors que l\u2019on <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">s\u2019est assur\u00e9 <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">que les bonnes personnes se sentent autoris\u00e9es \u00e0 prendre les d\u00e9ci<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">sions et qu\u2019elles disposent des comp\u00e9tences adapt\u00e9es. De plus, un <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">travail commun sur la vision et le sens font que tous les acteurs avan<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">cent dans la bonne direction avec des cycl<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">es courts (= les micro<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ob<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">jectifs) et&#8230; une autonomie renforc\u00e9e.<\/span> <\/span><span id=\"page43R_mcid6\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page43R_mcid6\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Deuxi\u00e8me grande caract\u00e9ristique : l\u2019adaptation en continu pr\u00e9vaut sur <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">la planification de A \u00e0 Z d\u2019un grand projet avec d\u2019importantes charges <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">de travail.
