De mars 2020 \u00e0 avril 2022, compte tenu des mesures barri\u00e8res pour lutter contre le COVID-19, cela n\u2019\u00e9tait bien s\u00fbr plus possible\u2026<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1512 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/adqcghyr.preview.infomaniak.website\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/editospecial01.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"423\" height=\"282\" srcset=\"https:\/\/adqcghyr.preview.infomaniak.website\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/editospecial01.png 559w, https:\/\/adqcghyr.preview.infomaniak.website\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/editospecial01-300x200.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 423px) 100vw, 423px\" \/>En 2004 lors de la cr\u00e9ation de notre association de cadres en recherche d&#8217;emploi, nous voulions <strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">privil\u00e9gier le contact et les \u00e9changes entre nos membres<\/span><\/strong>.<br \/>\nCr\u00e9er du lien, travailler ensemble, recevoir les conseils de ses pairs sont essentiels pour se remettre en action et conserver une posture professionnelle. Nous donnons la primaut\u00e9 \u00e0 la dimension humaine et l\u2019esprit collectif est au c\u0153ur de nos valeurs.<\/p>\n<p>Les quelques <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>6000 personnes qui nous ont rejoint<\/strong> <\/span>depuis le d\u00e9but en sont t\u00e9moins.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9but mars 2020, quand la pand\u00e9mie commen\u00e7ait \u00e0 se r\u00e9pandre, nous avons bascul\u00e9 du jour au lendemain en visioconf\u00e9rence sans attendre les directives gouvernementales.<br \/>\nEt <strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">nous \u00e9tions tr\u00e8s fiers de notre r\u00e9activit\u00e9 pour p\u00e9renniser les liens<\/span><\/strong> !<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1511\" src=\"https:\/\/adqcghyr.preview.infomaniak.website\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/editospecial02.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"504\" height=\"319\" srcset=\"https:\/\/adqcghyr.preview.infomaniak.website\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/editospecial02.png 603w, https:\/\/adqcghyr.preview.infomaniak.website\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/editospecial02-300x190.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 504px) 100vw, 504px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Au d\u00e9part, l&rsquo;objectif \u00e9tait d&rsquo;abord de maintenir le contact entre les participants sans qu&rsquo;ils risquent d&rsquo;\u00eatre contamin\u00e9s. Nous avons connu des difficult\u00e9s au d\u00e9but, mais nous avons appris \u00e0 les surmonter et c&rsquo;est cela l&rsquo;essentiel : <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>nous avons tous enrichi nos comp\u00e9tences<\/strong><\/span> !<\/p>\n<p>Progressivement <strong>toutes les activit\u00e9s de notre association ont repris en visioconf\u00e9rence<\/strong> : les <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>groupes de travail<\/strong><\/span> et les <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>cercles de langues<\/strong><\/span>, les <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>r\u00e9unions de pr\u00e9sentation<\/strong><\/span> de notre association pour les cadres int\u00e9ress\u00e9s, les <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>ateliers<\/strong><\/span>, le <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Conseil d&rsquo;Administration<\/strong><\/span>, le <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Conseil des Animateurs<\/strong><\/span> et les <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Assembl\u00e9es G\u00e9n\u00e9rales<\/strong><\/span>.<br \/>\nSeuls, les afterworks et soir\u00e9es r\u00e9seau ont \u00e9t\u00e9 suspendus.<br \/>\n<strong>Dynamique Cadres s&rsquo;est adapt\u00e9e et a continu\u00e9, dans l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat de ses participants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1510\" src=\"https:\/\/adqcghyr.preview.infomaniak.website\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/editospecial03.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"416\" height=\"319\" srcset=\"https:\/\/adqcghyr.preview.infomaniak.website\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/editospecial03.png 510w, https:\/\/adqcghyr.preview.infomaniak.website\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/editospecial03-300x230.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 416px) 100vw, 416px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Depuis l\u2019origine, Dynamique Cadres couvrait l&rsquo;\u00cele-de-France. Pendant la pand\u00e9mie, la visioconf\u00e9rence a permis \u00e0 des personnes de nous rejoindre depuis <strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Lyon, Montpellier<\/span><\/strong>\u2026 ou encore depuis l&rsquo;<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Allemagne<\/strong><\/span>. Par ailleurs, des adh\u00e9rents ont d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 hors de la r\u00e9gion parisienne et ont continu\u00e9 avec nous.<br \/>\n<strong>Cette p\u00e9riode a eu ses avantages collat\u00e9raux<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr les relations entre les participants souffraient parfois de la distance qu&rsquo;impose la visioconf\u00e9rence. Beaucoup souhaitaient re-venir en pr\u00e9sentiel. D&rsquo;autres souhaitaient rester en visioconf\u00e9rence, en particulier pour des contraintes de distance.<br \/>\nQuand les d\u00e9cisions gouvernementales l&rsquo;ont permis, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de faire revenir nos groupes de travail dans nos lieux de de r\u00e9unions habituels\u2026 tout en gardant la possibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 ceux qui le souhaitent de continuer en visioconf\u00e9rence.
