Plus r\u00e9cemment cette noti<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">on a \u00e9volu\u00e9 pour<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">int\u00e9grer les conditions d&rsquo;exercice du travail en int\u00e9grant les enjeux de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">au travail ; ainsi on parle maintenant de \u00ab qualit\u00e9 de vie et conditions de travail \u00bb (QVCT<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u2013 <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ANI du 9 d\u00e9cembre 2020).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"page26R_mcid2\" class=\"markedContent\" style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Pourquoi parler de qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail ?<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span id=\"page26R_mcid3\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Lorsque nous sommes en repositionnement professionnel, nous re<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">cherchons le job qui nous<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">donnera pleinement satisfaction. Il nous pa<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">raissait utile de vous pr\u00e9senter les diff\u00e9rents aspects que recouvrent<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail afin de vous permettre d\u2019\u00eatre en mesure de <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">mieux \u00e9valuer les conditions offertes par votre futur class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Les entreprises sont de plus en plus nombreuses \u00e0 percevoir l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">de d\u00e9velopper des actions en faveur du bien<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u00eatre de leurs salari\u00e9s.<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Une \u00e9tude conjointe du MIT (Massachussetts Institute of Technology)<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">et de
