La COVID<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">19 a catalys\u00e9 les discussions autour de la place du<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">travail dans nos vies et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de faire de son bien<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u00ea<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">tre mental une cause prioritaire.<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Cette p\u00e9riode a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion pour<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">beaucoup<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 cette question.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page3R_mcid21\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Les travailleurs sont d\u00e9sormais en qu\u00eate de sens. Les conditions de travail sont en effet un<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">d\u00e9terminant important de la sant\u00e9 mentale. De fait, les salari\u00e9s sont<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">de plus en plus nombreux aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 \u00eatre en qu\u00eate de sens d\u2019un<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">emploi qui r\u00e9ponde \u00e0 leurs aspirations et qui contribue \u00e0 pr\u00e9server<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">leur sant\u00e9 mentale ou \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9liorer a minima. Alors qu\u2019auparavant ils<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u00e9taient essentiellement centr\u00e9s sur leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9rati<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">on et leur capacit\u00e9<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u00e0 progresser hi\u00e9rarchiquement, leur objectif consiste d\u00e9sormais le<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">plus souvent \u00e0 rechercher un <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>emploi qui a du sens \u00e0 leurs yeux, un <\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">emploi en ad\u00e9quation avec leurs valeurs personnelles,<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">leurs<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">sources d\u2019\u00e9panouissement ou qui leur<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">permet de r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrer<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">leur vie personnelle et leur vie professionnelle<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page31R_mcid6\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">L\u2019enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par somanyWays en avril 2022 montre que les<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Fran\u00e7ais pl\u00e9biscitent<\/span> <strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">3<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">valeurs au travail<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">.
