En parall\u00e8le, P\u00f4le Emploi et l\u2019APEC continuent de diversifier et d\u2019adapter leurs services \u00e0 destination de cette population qui repr\u00e9sente un pourcentage non n\u00e9gligeable des actifs.<\/p>\n<p>Alors chacun est en droit de se demander quelle structure choisir ? S\u2019il est bien s\u00fbr impossible (et peu recommand\u00e9) de s\u2019inscrire partout, il n\u2019est pas facile de faire son choix.<\/p>\n<p>La question \u00e0 se poser est bien s\u00fbr : quelle structure me correspond le mieux ? Ne pouvant r\u00e9pondre pour les autres, nous allons parler de l\u2019Association Dynamique Cadres ou DC pour les initi\u00e9s, et de ce qui fait sa singularit\u00e9, son ADN. Non pas de ses services, que chacun peut trouver sur le site de l\u2019Association et en venant \u00e0 une r\u00e9union de pr\u00e9sentation, mais, suite \u00e0 un brainstorming r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en GAD, \u00e0 travers une liste de ce que DC est, et nous apporte.<\/p>\n<p>Cette liste (certainement non exhaustive) vous est livr\u00e9e brute, sans volont\u00e9 de classement. C&rsquo;est cela l&rsquo;effet Dynamique !<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons certainement oubli\u00e9 des retomb\u00e9es d\u2019une participation \u00e0 DC.
