Il s\u2019agit d\u2019\u00eatre rigoureux pour atteindre efficacement ma destination = mon poste id\u00e9al ! Je trouve le point d\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre mon capital personnel, professionnel et les besoins du march\u00e9. Si cela semble bloquer au d\u00e9part, ce jeu d\u2019introspection se r\u00e9v\u00e9lera vite lib\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">\u2666 CASE CV<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Organisons les pi\u00e8ces du puzzle : parcours de formation, r\u00e9alisations probantes, comp\u00e9tences professionnelles et interpersonnelles. Je domine mes inhibitions. Mono ou bichromie, 1 ou 2 colonnes, etc. Des choix \u00e0 ma ressemblance pour d\u00e9livrer un message positif et coh\u00e9rent. M&rsquo;affirmer sans choquer. Mon alignement entre acquis et objectifs est mon atout. A nos claviers !<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #333399;\">\u2666 CASE GAD<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Arrive le meilleur jeu de la semaine : je retrouve mes camarades autour d\u2019un caf\u00e9 pour m\u2019entra\u00eener \u00e0 faire mon pitch, valoriser mes r\u00e9alisations, \u00e9changer les derni\u00e8res conf\u00e9rences ou salons incon-tournables et toutes sortes de bons tuyaux pour ma recherche\u2026 Je suis au top pour mon prochain entretien. J\u2019am\u00e9liore mon anglais gr\u00e2ce au cercle de langue. Excellents entra\u00eenements !<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">\u2666 CASE R\u00c9SEAUX SOCIAUX<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La case est incontournable, mais elle n\u2019est pas toujours naturelle. Comment la dompter ? R\u00e9diger mon profil, y inclure les mots cl\u00e9s. \u00catre patient et collectionner les relations que je connais de pr\u00e8s, de loin. + 500, c\u2019est le Graal ! Puis transformer mes contacts en rendez-vous r\u00e9seau. Passer du virtuel au physique&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">\u2666 CASE R\u00c9SEAU PHYSIQUE<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Fin pr\u00eat pour une d\u00e9marche r\u00e9seau et l\u2019acc\u00e8s au \u00ab\u00a0march\u00e9 cach\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. Je liste puis je rencontre mes relations pour qu\u2019elles deviennent autant de veilleurs bienveillants.<br \/>\nAvec l\u2019entra\u00eenement, le jeu prend forme et le cercle s\u2019\u00e9largit. Mes veilleurs penseront \u00e0 moi quand ils auront connaissance d\u2019une opportunit\u00e9. Comment : en actualisant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement mon profil, l\u2019un des crit\u00e8res des algorithmes de recherche \u00e9tant la date de modification du profil. Plus je suis actif(ve), plus j\u2019ai de chance de figurer en t\u00eate de liste. Quelques astuces : renouveler mes mots cl\u00e9s dans l\u2019accroche du profil, reformuler mon r\u00e9sum\u00e9, tester une nouvelle pr\u00e9sentation ou, parfois, ajouter ou supprimer une virgule ou un espace.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #339966;\">\u2666 CASE SALON<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Jeu de piste sur les sites web sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, d\u2019organisation d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements, d\u00e9partement Emploi de ma ville&#8230; Jeu de l\u2019accroche : comment intervenir et de fa\u00e7on pertinente aupr\u00e8s des recruteurs, des intervenants, susciter l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat ? Puis le jeu de l\u2019\u00e9change de cartes de visite, des invitations LinkedIn.
