Celui-ci s\u2019est durablement rar\u00e9fi\u00e9, \u00e9miett\u00e9, atomis\u00e9 et cette mutation est aujourd&rsquo;hui in\u00e9luctable et accept\u00e9. La forme m\u00eame de celui-ci semble r\u00e9pondre de moins en moins aux attentes du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La concurrence effr\u00e9n\u00e9e, la multiplication des centres de production, la concentration des\u00a0entreprises, le d\u00e9veloppement exponentiel des nouvelles technologies, la globalisation du\u00a0march\u00e9, la succession de crises \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, financi\u00e8res et autres ont d\u00e9finitivement\u00a0boulevers\u00e9 notre relation au travail et la forme de celui-ci ne cesse d\u2019\u00e9voluer. Nous serons\u00a0de plus en plus appel\u00e9s \u00e0 changer de m\u00e9tiers durant notre vie professionnelle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u2019oublions pas que seul le changement est permanent et l\u2019ignorer est une illusion.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-504\" src=\"http:\/\/adqcghyr.preview.infomaniak.website\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Chaplin_-_Modern_Times.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1561\" height=\"1049\" srcset=\"https:\/\/adqcghyr.preview.infomaniak.website\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Chaplin_-_Modern_Times.jpg 1561w, https:\/\/adqcghyr.preview.infomaniak.website\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Chaplin_-_Modern_Times-300x202.jpg 300w, https:\/\/adqcghyr.preview.infomaniak.website\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Chaplin_-_Modern_Times-768x516.jpg 768w, https:\/\/adqcghyr.preview.infomaniak.website\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Chaplin_-_Modern_Times-1024x688.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1561px) 100vw, 1561px\" \/>Le fractionnement de l\u2019emploi est ainsi devenu une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 avec l\u2019augmentation des\u00a0nouvelles formes de travail comme l\u2019auto-entrepreneuriat, le travail en temps partag\u00e9, le\u00a0multi-salariat, le contrat de projet, le portage salarial, l\u2019int\u00e9rim, etc.\u00a0Un changement dont nous sommes les acteurs et qu\u2019il nous faut envisager avec\u00a0optimisme et r\u00e9solution.<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes loin d\u2019une fin probable du travail pronostiqu\u00e9 par un grand nombre d\u2019\u00e9conomistes (Rufkin, Galbraith etc\u2026) mais il occupera une part diff\u00e9rente et moins importante dans notre capital temps. Ces nouvelles formes de travail, d\u2019emplois alternatifs r\u00e9pondent de plus en plus aux attentes tant des salari\u00e9s\u00a0que des entreprises et ne sont\u00a0surtout pas \u00e0 n\u00e9gliger dans notre recherche d\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019auto-entrepreneuriat concerne \u00e0 ce jour plus d\u2019un million de\u00a0personnes en France et le cadre d\u2019exercice de celui-ci ne cesse<br \/>\nd\u2019\u00e9voluer vers plus de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour les int\u00e9ress\u00e9s.\u00a0Les initiatives de partage des cadres se multiplient depuis quelques<br \/>\nann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les chiffres de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Nationale des Associations du Travail en Temps Partag\u00e9, ce type de multi-salariat ne touchait, en\u00a0fin 2007, que 8.4 % des salari\u00e9s, soit 2 millions de personnes en\u00a0France. Et il y a fort \u00e0 parier que ce chiffre ait augment\u00e9 ces\u00a0derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, pour rejoindre ceux des pays nordiques, avec\u00a0environ 35 % de salari\u00e9s travaillant dans plusieurs entreprises \u00e0 la\u00a0fois.<\/p>\n<p>Et alors que le syst\u00e8me des cadres \u00e0 temps partag\u00e9 a d&rsquo;abord \u00e9t\u00e9 l&rsquo;apanage des entreprises de technologie, voici qu&rsquo;il touche les PME\/PMI. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, pr\u00e8s de 100 000 entreprises fran\u00e7aises ont\u00a0recours au travail partag\u00e9. Les groupements d\u2019employeurs se\u00a0multiplient sans arr\u00eat et tous les secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9 et tous les\u00a0m\u00e9tiers sont dor\u00e9navant repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>53 % des personnes ont choisi le temps partag\u00e9 afin d\u2019adopter\u00a0une fa\u00e7on nouvelle de travailler<\/li>\n<li>96 % des employ\u00e9s souhaitent continuer \u00e0 travailler \u00e0 temps\u00a0partag\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Concernant le portage salarial en France, notons que :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Selon le dernier barom\u00e8tre de l&rsquo;A2MT 2016, 41.3 % des\u00a0managers de transition y ont eu recours en 2016, contre 35 % en\u00a02015 et 32 % en 2014.<\/li>\n<li>Selon une estimation PEPS de 2013, de 50000 \u00e0 60000 salari\u00e9s sont port\u00e9s en permanence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le management de transition s\u2019impose de plus en plus et devient\u00a0\u00e9galement un v\u00e9ritable tremplin vers le CDI.\u00a0Un tiers des managers de transition se sont vus offrir un CDI \u00e0\u00a0l&rsquo;issue d&rsquo;une mission.\u00a0De nouveaux modes de travail en pleine \u00e9volution, appel\u00e9s de toute\u00a0\u00e9vidence \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es, offrent des\u00a0perspectives d&rsquo;\u00e9panouissement que nous nous devons pas n\u00e9gliger.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab <em>La vie fleurit par le travail<\/em> \u00bb (Arthur Rimbaud).<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Le Gad 18<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nous connaissons depuis maintenant trente ans une profonde mutation de l\u2019emploi dans nos soci\u00e9t\u00e9s occidentales.
