Nous avons\u00a0demand\u00e9 \u00e0 des ex-membres du GAD3 de partager ce qui, dans leur exp\u00e9rience Dynamique Cadres, a \u00e9t\u00e9 significatif dans leur r\u00e9cent retour \u00e0 l\u2019emploi. Ainsi, outre l\u2019embellie de l\u2019emploi des cadres ces derniers mois, nous avons tir\u00e9 quelques enseignements de nos conversations.<\/p>\n<p>De leurs t\u00e9moignages, se d\u00e9gagent deux leviers :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la force du collectif (GAD) pour rompre un certain isolement, s\u2019entra\u00eener \u00e0 \u00ab bien \u00bb parler de sa situation, gagner en confiance, tenir un rythme, rester positif&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>les mises en situation individuelles comme se former, maintenir ses comp\u00e9tences actives, \u00e9toffer son r\u00e9seau, prendre des initiatives, trouver du plaisir dans un contexte difficile&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si l\u2019exp\u00e9rience DC est d\u2019abord l\u2019occasion de cr\u00e9er du lien social en partageant ses exp\u00e9riences et conseils professionnels, c\u2019est aussi une mise en situation pour se pr\u00e9parer, sur diff\u00e9rents plans, \u00e0 saisir l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 lorsqu\u2019elle se pr\u00e9sente. Alors, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience DC permet-elle de d\u00e9crocher un emploi ? En tout cas, elle y contribue, certainement !
