A en croire les citoyens du monde et beaucoup de nos concitoyens c\u2019est notre image \u00ab\u00a0d\u2019irr\u00e9ductibles Gaulois\u00a0\u00bb qui nous colle \u00e0 la peau.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e2ler c\u2019est primaire, instinctif. C\u2019est manifester un m\u00e9contentement, le plus souvent expression d\u2019un inconfort, voire d\u2019une situation jug\u00e9e inacceptable ou une d\u00e9fense contre l\u2019acte d\u2019un tiers qui nous surprend.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est l\u00e0 que \u00e7a se corse. Les notions d\u2019\u00a0\u00bbinacceptable\u00a0\u00bb, d\u2019\u00a0\u00bbinconfort\u00a0\u00bb et de \u00ab\u00a0surprise\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e9pendent du point de la personne \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9 dans une circonstance particuli\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Le risque est grand que seule la mauvaise humeur soit per\u00e7ue par les interlocuteurs au point qu&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;en cherchent m\u00eame pas les raisons et brisent la communication.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e2ler, est-ce une mauvaise habitude dans nos rapports sociaux, un moyen de d\u00e9fense personnelle et\/ou un mode de pr\u00e9vention des conflits qui, sans \u00eatre parfait, en vaut d\u2019autres ?<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Apr\u00e8s tout, c\u2019est peut-\u00eatre un atout ?<\/span> <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Quoi qu\u2019il en soit, r\u00e2ler c\u2019est \u00e0 tout le moins obliger \u00e0 poser les probl\u00e8mes : ne peut-on pas faire plus confortable, plus adapt\u00e9, plus efficace, en un mot \u00ab\u00a0mieux\u00a0\u00bb ?<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e2ler, oui, peut \u00eatre une source d\u2019am\u00e9lioration, \u00e0 condition d\u2019y mettre les formes, de doser son porte-voix pour \u00e9mettre une critique constructive.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre en exergue un point jug\u00e9 difficile, oui, mais \u00e0 condition de pr\u00e9senter une solution c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire \u00eatre une force de proposition.<\/p>\n<p>Vous me direz aussi qu\u2019il y a d\u2019autres fa\u00e7ons plus cordiales, soft, d\u2019am\u00e9liorer un syst\u00e8me, quel qu\u2019il soit. Mais peut-on toujours ma\u00eetriser son impulsivit\u00e9 et se d\u00e9gager de cette pratique courante dans notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ?<\/p>\n<p>Vous avez du temp\u00e9rament, il serait vain de le cacher. Si cela ne transpara\u00eet pas dans votre CV, cela se verra dans votre engagement. Faites-en une force en d\u00e9veloppant subtilement \u00e0 travers le r\u00e9cit de vos exp\u00e9riences pass\u00e9es tout le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice apport\u00e9 \u00e0 vos pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes missions.<\/p>\n<p>Au premier abord, \u00eatre r\u00e2leur est un d\u00e9faut.
